Employees must comply with this policy, which prohibits requesting or accepting undue payments or benefits, whatever their nature, directly or indirectly, from suppliers and in general from any counterpart, as well as granting undue business or advantages.
Any offer of an undue payment or benefit must be rejected immediately, and the fact must be reported immediately through the CMPC complaint line.
No collaborator may offer or accept gifts, courtesies, invitations, entertainment or hospitality from a current or potential supplier.
Collaborators must comply with the provisions of the Procedure for the Management of Conflicts of Interest.
In case of identifying a conflict of interest, collaborators must immediately report it to their superior, through the system established by the Company, refraining from acting, taking part or making decisions regarding the matter while it is under review, to immediately comply with the mitigating actions or measures adopted for this purpose.
Employees must comply with the provisions of this policy, as well as with the Free Competition Manual, directing the relationship with suppliers within a framework of full compliance with the regulations that protect free competition, where all decisions and conditions are adopted autonomously, independently and objectively.
Collaborators must immediately report any suspicion or knowledge they have of conduct, facts or circumstances that constitute or may constitute a violation of this procedure, as well as the Code of Ethics, Integrity Policy and other corporate regulations and applicable laws.
Complaints must be reported through the "Complaint Line" system (lineadenuncia.cmpc.cl) accessible through the CMCP corporate website and its intranet site "CMPC People".
